Congratulations, you’ve made it… It's time to start saving the world now (today), not tomorrow, not after the next election, not after the next reality TV show, and not after you brush your teeth. We have to act NOW!!!
OsiXs is the only organization on the planet to publish a specific, real plan, along with a vision and the understanding to move the world forward. Most people pretend to know how the world works and what's wrong with it. It leaves you to wonder, then why don't they do something about it? Why don't they even make an attempt to fix it? They don't bother because they really don't have a clue. They only see and react to the symptoms. Lip service is cheap and easy. Real action based on critical thinking that requires a plan and real insight is hard work and hard to come by. Yes, it’s also easy to be cynical and dismissive when you’ve been raised, educated and brainwashed to accept the status quo. It gives you a perfect crutch and the perfect excuse to continue to do nothing while you complain and blame others for your own failure to take action.

If you understand the true value and magnitude of technology, then you should understand there is "NO NEED" for poverty, recessions, depressions, homelessness, unemployment, underemployment, deficits and the lack of healthcare. There is no need for crippling austerity plans that only make things worse. There is no need for the payment of bank interest, there is no need for taxes of any kind, and there is no need to saddle our children with our debt and on and on. That means we are doing everything wrong. I understand that’s hard for a great many of us to believe. We are use to letting our government and big business do our thinking for us, so I will keep it very simple. For the most part, our technology has changed our world from a world of scarcity to a world of abundance. That means our old limitations don’t exist. We live in a totally different but opposite paradigm. Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever. We are wasting time and valuable resources at an incredible rate. If we persist in our old ways, we are dead. We have an enormous task ahead of us. Listening to lip service is no longer an option. We must take action "NOW".

You can find hundreds of books, documentary films and movies about the current and future challenges we face on this planet, but they all fall short with answers to address the challenges. That’s because they don’t understand the real problems.

If you think this is just a financial crisis, think again. There is something much deeper at work here. And it didn't just happen to surface in the last 2 or 3 years. It's not that simple. Try 160 years or so. You have to see beyond Wall Street volatility, the mortgage crisis, the banking crisis, the energy crises, peak oil, the debt crises, globalization, the employment crises and climate change to solve our problems.There is a scientific explanation for what is wrong with the world, along with its own technical terminology. Let me give it to you in the simplest of terms. Our old world and our old way of life are over. Our world is dying a slow and painful “Death by Technology", directly and indirectly. But wait, the pace of technology is now growing at an exponential rate and so is the Black Death. That means you should expect an acceleration in our global decline. Technology is killing economies and ecosystems all over the world. But that’s only what you see on the surface (the symptoms). What’s even worse is what you can’t see, an “Intellectual Virus”. We don’t have as much time as we think. As devastating as the coming financial crises has the potential to be, it pales in comparison to what will follow, and that’s if we’re lucky.

Think big and act big or forget about it. You either define your own new world order or a new world of disorder will evolve and it will be defined for you. Big problems require big thinking and big solutions. Rearranging the chairs on the titanic and calling it real change you can believe in - is just another name for “Real Dumb”, if you believe it. There is no easy or lazy way out. Our governments all around the world require a fundamental upgrade and or replacements. Our economic systems require a replacement. This is at a minimum. That is how serious the situation is. This is not another Downturn or Down Cycle. We are beginning a new epoch, so we better act accordingly.
If you're waiting for CNN, FOX or MSNBC to tell you how to think and what to do, forget about it. The real revolution won't be televised until it is well underway by hard working people that understand the real stakes. If you are waiting around for a complete understanding and clarity before you decide to act, then I have news for you. You will never get complete clarity from a website, TV pundits and pseudo experts that claim to understand what’s wrong with the world. Saving the world is not an easy task. Looking for easy simple explanations and an easy way out is not going to happen. Saving the world requires a lot effort and a little common sense. You will have to start thinking for yourself. We have many projects planned to help ease the learning curve.
Stop looking for someone to blame. stop looking for someone to lead you. You don't need a master. It's time we take control of our own destiny. Scientist can guide you, but they shouldn't be used to lead you. No one can tell you what the future will be and no one can hand you the future wrapped in a pretty box. You have to make the future and earn it for yourself. Doing nothing is no longer an option.
Are you too busy to save the world?
Let’s see, is there anything else better we have to do other than saving the world. Maybe we should do something between losing our jobs, starving, being homeless, between wars etc. Maybe we can squeeze it in before the next hurricane, terrorist attack or environmental disaster. Just me thinking out loud. I know you have so many more important things on your plate, like dying in useless wars, working dead end jobs that don’t provide a future or retirement benefits. The fact is, you won’t have a plate unless you rearrange your priorities. Stop looking to blame someone else for your own failure to act.
